Both DirectAdmin and cPanel come with CentOS only; unmetered hosted domain names; need a separate login for domain name, billing transaction and client support ticket handling purposes; full root access. All dedicated servers are available solely in the US datacenter.

Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia hosting CP is a standard accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is delivered without charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered TLDs in one hosting user account. This is accomplishable thanks to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other hosting Control Panel setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable only in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have TWO different web hosting account logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/administration solutions. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no Control Panel option.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your web page names in a single account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP tools do not offer such function at all - there is no Domain Manager section and this is why they require 2 different hosting account logins: 1 domain name management/billing/support user account and 1 site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).

Operating System ³ - you will discover that the Hepsia web hosting CP can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP interfaces can work solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
